If a subscription or time-based service is offered:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the service period begins

  • Once the service has started, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund

MarketToolHub does not store or process sensitive payment information directly.

Any processing delays caused by banks or payment providers are beyond our control.
